Send the project brief
Share the rooms, how they will be used, a target budget, location and the delivery destination

Residential furniture projects
A clear plan makes a personal piece easier to bring home
From the first room plan to production, inspection, packing and sea freight, each choice is confirmed before the next stage begins
Start your project briefProject start
A few room details and visual references make the next choices easier to confirm

Share the rooms, how they will be used, a target budget, location and the delivery destination

Add inspiration images, color preferences and product links so the team can understand the look you want
Process images are visualizations, not photographs of a specific BAKA facility or order.
Step 03 · Product selection
Compare proportions and intended use against the room plan
Keep model names and product codes with the project brief

Compare room fit
Review scale, layout and the way a selected piece relates to the rest of the room.

Compare product options
Check model references, seating count and configuration, then save the chosen codes in your brief.
Room scenes are design visualizations; product photographs and confirmed specifications govern the final selection.

Stages 04–07 · Room & specification
Confirm fit, quantity, construction, materials and the final sample or finish reference before asking for a firm quote.
Share a measured plan, key wall lengths, doorways, corridors, stairs or lift limits, and the intended furniture positions.
List each product and room, required dimensions, module layout, orientation and any specific change from the reference model.
Record upholstery, timber, stone, metal, color, finish and visible details such as seams, edges or hardware.
Where sampling applies, identify the approved sample. Confirm product codes, drawings, dimensions and finish references in writing.
Stages 08–10 · Quote & order approval
The quote, approved details and delivery scope should all describe the same order
Check product codes, options, quantities, unit and total prices, packing and included supply scope.
Confirm the order value, production lead time, required date, destination and freight plan, including the receiving port for sea freight.
Sign off the quotation, specifications, samples or drawings, finish references and packing notes before production begins.

Stages 11–14 · Production to port
Follow the approved order through production, inspection and shipment, with each handoff recorded for the buyer
Agree update points and keep approved changes attached to the order record.
Check quantity, appearance, key dimensions and finishes against the approved specification; record any issue for resolution.
Agree protective packing, marks, shipment method, destination port and expected departure and arrival windows.
Share booking, vessel updates and shipping documents, then coordinate arrival and onward arrangements with the nominated forwarder or receiver.
